It's a key part of the National Trust for Scotland鈥檚 10-year strategy to protect and celebrate Scotland鈥檚 natural, built, and cultural heritage.
The project involves two A-listed properties: The Hill House in Helensburgh and Mackintosh at the Willow in Glasgow鈥檚 Sauchiehall Street. The Hill House, constructed between 1902 and 1904 for publisher Walter Blackie and his family, is widely regarded as the finest domestic design by architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh, created in collaboration with his wife, artist Margaret MacDonald.
